Developed a generative message passing neural network with PyTorch Geometric that creates reactions with a given activation energy via graph edits.

Contributed to the paper "An efficient automated algorithm for generating input structure for TS searching methods" by suggesting improvements to the algorithm and creating most figures for the manuscript.
